Each program will be taught with the help of case studies, corporate examplesand general discussions.

  • Frequency: Once a week
  • Class Schedule: Wednesday, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Based on the performance in the exams, participants are awarded grades (Excellent, Good, Average, Below Average). Participants also have to meet the requisite attendance to be eligible for the certification.


Participants with more than 50% in Overall assessments will be awarded 'Certificate of Successful Completion' and with below 50% will receive 'Certificate of Participation'. Certificates shall be issued directly by IIM Lucknow.

A deferred payment facility exists with the following schedule:

Initial payment will not be refunded in case of any/all of the following conditions:

  • The application is found to be incomplete or inaccurate at any stage of scrutiny. (Appearing in PAT does not confirm application acceptance/clearance of scrutiny.)
  • The applicant is offered a seat for the program and does not join before the date mentioned in the offer letter.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the application is complete in all respects. The selection offer letter is for a specific batch of a program. Neither the offer for admission nor the initial amount is transferable to any other program or batch.


A mandatory Campus Module fee is to be paid before every campus visit. This amount includes boarding & lodging expenses. Travel arrangements (including travel expenses) for the campus visit have to be made by the participants themselves.

Program Fee can be availed as Customised Education Loan from leading banks to enable the participants to spread the repayment over a period of 36 months. However, the eligibility of the applicant for bank loan and the loan amount will be as per the concerned bank norms.
Neither NIIT Imperia nor the Institute will be held responsible for any delay in disbursement of the bank loan.


The Program Aptitude Test is a multiple-choice test of 90 minutes, with maximum score of 100. PAT is distinctive because it measures aptitude not only through skills and abilities in functional areas, but also through an assessment of supporting personality traits that determine success in modern work environments.

The PAT covers the following four areas:

  • Verbal Ability & Communication Skills: 30 out of 100
  • Numerical Ability: 35 out of 100
  • Logical Reasoning & Creative Problem Solving: 20 out of 100
  • Supporting Personality Traits: 15 out of 100

  • Prof. Afsha Dokadia

Prof. Afsha is a Law graduate with business administration post graduate degree and currently pursuing her PhD from Tata Institute of social Science. She has over a decade of experience in the area of learning and organization development with companies like Coke, Spice, Mahindra & Mahindra, Essar, L&T, P&G and many more.
She also had the opportunity to work on various aspects of the employee life cycle - starting with talent identification, acquisition, talent development and employee engagement initiatives. Have certifications in psychometric tools and have led people development interventions across levels.
Igniting & facilitating people to discover their potential and help move their dreams closer to reality has been an area where Afsha has worked on. At present she is working with IMI Delhi as a faculty for Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
As a faculty her focus is on building the organization capabilities enhancing organization effectiveness through developmental interventions. She teaches the subjects like Talent management, Learning and Development and SHRM


With Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Masters Degree (M.A.) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) from Utkal University and FDP from IIM, Ahmedabad, Dr. Mamta has over eighteen years of experience in teaching, research and training activities in the areas of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Organization Behavior. Currently, she is Professor in the OBHR area at International Management Institute, New Delhi.
Her prior assignments include Manager in Gregg's of Enfield, London, and Fellow, Institute for Integrated Learning in Management, New Delhi. She has been involved in training and consultancy activities with a number of public as well as private sector organizations including Bharti Telecom Ltd., Cyber Media India Ltd., Triune Projects Ltd., NTPC, Numaligarh Refinery, Pepsi Foods Ltd., DVVNL, Everest Industries Ltd., Delhi International Airport Pvt. Ltd., MMTC, NSPCL, EIL Tata Power, Tata Communications, Vodafone, Dena Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Allahabad Bank, Canara Bank, REC, IOCL, ONGC amongst others.
She is a certified HR Competency Assessor. She has acquired expertise and training skills from Harvard Business School on Participant Centered Learning with special focus on teaching through case method. She has to her credit a number of published research articles in reputed journals and four books in the area of Performance Management, Leadership, Capability Building and General Management.
